Hey Hollywood! No One Cares

I remember back in the 60's when even I, ...a kid, watched the Oscars and had favorites. How things have changed. But Hollywood is so self-absorbed and narcissistic that I'm sure they are quite comfortable fading into their own little microcosm.

Ah, those were the days! The guy who streaked Liz Taylor. The Sally Field meltdown. The endless thank yous to mom and wife and kids and maid and shoe shine boy and...

And they don't make 'em like that anymore. Self-absorbed narcissism never was attractive. I stopped watching a long time ago.
