Welcome Muslim Immigrants

Two men were charged Wednesday with money laundering in support of terrorism after authorities said they found airplane passenger lists and information on airport security checkpoints in their car.
Deputies stopped Osama Sabhi Abulhassan, 20, and Ali Houssaiky, 20, both of
Dearborn, Mich., on a traffic violation Tuesday and found the flight documents along with $11,000 cash and 12 phones in their car, Washington County Sheriff Larry Mincks said.

It wasn't clear what significance the airline information might have.
(Not clear to whom?)

Abulhassan and Houssaiky admitted buying about 600 phones in recent months at stores in southeast Ohio, said sheriff's Maj. John Winstanley. They sold the phones to someone in
Dearborn, a Detroit suburb, Winstanley said.
Vessels
(Asst. County Prosecutor) declined to say how the phones, cash or flight information involved terrorism.

I'd like to make myself available to any of the officials involved in the above story who aren't clear about what was going on.

I think most 5th graders could come up with a simple solution for dealing with immigrants whose religion and culture lends itself to, supports, and is historically involved in terrorism. 5th graders would propose the silly, politically incorrect notion that immigrants, students, and tourists from this religion and culture should not be allowed to come here.

Breathe deep the gathering gloom,
Watch lights fade from every room.

Oh yes, keep'em coming. 11 missing "students", a terror plot broken up to blow-up planes in the UK & US, now we have (right here in my own back yard) 2 "innocent" muslims just traveling along with $11,000 in cash and 12 cell phones.
Nope, nothing to see here folks.

Just a little FYI: Christianity, too, has a long and colourful history of bloody terrorism. Some argue that more have been slaughtered in the name of Jesus than any other deity.

WRONG!
kfag we've heard it all before. The crusades were a defensive response to muslims attacking christian pilgrims to Jerusalem.
And Hitler wasn't a christian either. Get your facts right then you may return.

Also, you are such a twit kfag, go back to your place in line it's time for your jihadi snuff film close up.

FKAB,

In that long and colourful (too many letters in that word) history of Christian bloody terrorism, when was the last time it happened? You can't count Hitler. He was NOT a Christian.

In the long and colourful history of Muslim bloody terrorism, when was the last time it happened?

Compare and contrast.

"Some argue..." Those are the misinformed.

I could argue that the War on Terrorism is an act of terrorism in itself, but I won't even bother. Somehow I know what Jihadi might say. Something about burn in hell you stupid Muslim-loving faggot traitor...

ANYWAY. Hitler, as far as I know, professed to be of the Christian persuasion, and he wielded the Bible and the church for his own ends. He manipulated the german people's religious convictions to justify the slaughter of Jews/gypsies/homosexuals. Whether or not he was a model Christian is immaterial when debating whether or not Christianity played a part in the Nazi war machine. The plain truth is that the role of religion in general (not necessarily Christianity) is a very useful tool for dictatorships. This is why I don't necessarily distinguish between Islamic fundamentalists and Christian fundamentalists. Both are willing to kill others for their beliefs, but the main difference being the psychology of warfare and the methods undertaken by the two groups.

ooops.. disregard that "similarly." I must have started on another train of thought and forgot about it. hee!

FKAB,

Excuse me? Again, I ask, what Christian fundamentalists today (you used present tense) are willing to kill others for their beliefs? Billy Graham? Dr. James Dobson? They might "attack" you with prayer and the invitation to know Jesus.

Are you talking about President Bush conducting the war? If so, that's not about beliefs. It's about our having been attacked (and don't forget your countrymen having been attacked in Bali).

If this were a war about religious beliefs, we would have bombed the Muslim section of Dearborn, Michigan. But our stupid leadership bends over backwards not to offend even the hatred-spewing imams who incite violence against the infidels. Hardly a matter of killing people for their beliefs.

You don't like over-generalization from us. Try not to commit that faux pas yourself, eh?

P.S. LOL. I think you're close about JT.

Oh, and don't worry about that train of thought. Mine leaves without me all the time...

Apologies for the sweeping generalisation. However, I do hold to the belief that Christians who use their religion to justify a violent act (even if it's self defence) are acting in exactly the same way as the fundie Muslims. The only difference is, the majority of fundie Christians are too cowardly to go off to war.

kfag,
the majority of our great fighting force is Christian, and for you to call them cowards is a huge insult. Because they go into battle willing to die for something bigger than themselves. Your much loved jihadis go into a resturant, grocery store or pizza shop and kill themselves! Is that what you call courage?
What would you fight for? Pumps, hose, lipstick or a merry widow in just your size?

Thanks for the kind words JT. You might be interested in this article, which was written especially for you.
