Qaddafi Does the U.N.

Libyan leader Muammar Qaddafi is still speaking at the United Nations... Still speaking. I watched a little, but I had to stop.

The man is totally stoned. I don't know what he's on, but he is feeling no pain... And making no sense.

Qaddafi doesn't need drugs or alcohol to be the way he is. In looking at his swollen face and eyes, I would guess he is on some sort of steriod which could be for a whole slew of ailments. Of course, he's been strange long before now.

I LOVED the way Bibi read the UN the riot act!
