Indiana Marriage Amendment Blocked

A Democrat Majority was voted into into the Indiana State House promising to give the Marriage Amendment an up or down vote. They lied.

An amendment to the Indiana Constitution must be passed by two consecutive legislative sessions to become law. It passed in the last session, but faces death as Democrat Leader, Pat Bauer - who promised he would not stand in the way of a vote - now stands in the way of the vote.

Ron Herrell, who represents the Kokomo area, campaigned on The Peter Heck Show, touting his Christian credentials and his support of the Amendment. Recently Heck challenged Herrell to "call out" Bauer and insist that he keep his word. Harrell responded in an email - in which he defended Bauer's decision.
