Obama's Preacher Says God Damn America

And Obama has attended this Church for 20 years?

Why?

Most people find a church where they agree with what is being taught... Where they are inspired by the preaching.

You've got to dislike this country and its white people - to enjoy this kind of preaching.

Gasp!

I pray for hearts of stone to become flesh again...and to know the love of G-d "shed abroadly in our hearts."

May G-d bless our nation with His mercy and grace. May His kindness, and not His judgement, lead us to repentence.

And SHOCK! He's not a towel-head after all.

Tsofah? How about toning it down a bit, you're scaring the children.

And everyone was worried about Romney and his mormonism.....

Why isn't B. Hussein Obama being asked to explain his religion????

And let the parade of foolish hypocrisy begin...

Janice.

Seriously.

Jacob? You don't seem to be scared at all. (grin)

Tsofah,

Jacob is a safe distance away. It's the people near Chicago who need to be afraid.

The "good reverend's" rewrite of the song title may be the reason Michelle Obama has never been proud of America. Until now, of course.

Jacob,

You've never seen the term, "towel-head" over here. We don't swing that way. So why bring that one up?

Jacob,

last year the trinity united church awarded "calypso Louie" Farrakhan the "Dr. Jeremiah A. Wright Jr. Trumpeter Award" and added farrakhan "a man who truly epitomized greatness."

Yes Jacob, seriously.

Jacob said...

OMG his church recognised someone of another faith! Those terrorists.

Women and children into the life boats immediately.

Jacob, both of these men (Wright and Farrakhan) are racist, homophobic, anti-American bigots.

Jacob said...

So? You're often a racist, homophobic and anti-American bigot.

janice said...

Jacob, you're not serious. You can come up with a better response than that...

I may be a lot of things, but I'm not homophobic and I'm certainly not anti-American.

Jacob said...

Ha! I love the tacit acknowledgment that you're racist there.

Oh, and you've said that homosexuality is immoral, and you're forever whingeing about how much the American people are wrong about a litany of things.

In saying that, I'll happily concede that I'm anti-American (in that I think its government is incompetent and makes poor decisions, and that its insidious obsession with religion is damaging to America's progression)
