The "Big Ears" Problem Resolved

The problem...

The fix...

The final result...

Is there anything duct tape can't do? Surgical procedures are expensive... And until I can afford my ear-reduction - or compromise and submit to "cropping" by a veterinarian - this will have to do.

I think it looks great... Except from the sides.

You make me laugh...very creative!

On Father's Day, our pastor preached about a father's toolbox, and he asked what the most important tool was, and all the men in the congregation yelled "duct tape!" Remind me to never call any of them to do any major repairs at my house.

Not that you would ever have a need for this, because I am well aware of your views on the topic, but it's also very handy for removing cat hair from the very corner of stairs carpet - where the sweeper won't get it.

Bekah,

The carpet idea is a good one, but I'm pretty sure it's better to apply the duct tape directly to the cat's body, thus stopping the hair before it has a chance to collect in your home.

I'd be glad to come and help you do this.

LOL - I'm sure that you would, but I seem to remember reading once that cat hair causes you to experience unpleasant allergy symptoms, and I would hate to inflict that upon you...

HOWEVER...I will say that this might be very tempting to try the next time Braeya insists upon rubbing up against my black pants. I have told her over and over again that she CANNOT get within a foot of me if I'm wearing black, but she doesn't listen.

I have looked at the "before" and "after" pics, and to be honest, I see no difference! It must have been a defective roll of duct tape! Get your money back, quick!
