Beggars and Stupid People

Support for the Democratic Congressional candidates fell to a new low over the past week, allowing the GOP to move slightly ahead for the first time in recent years in the Generic Congressional Ballot.

The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey found that 41% said they would vote for their district’s Republican candidate while 39% would choose the Democrat.

Investors now favor Republicans by a 46% to 36% margin, while non-investors would vote Democratic by a 45% to 33% margin.

....

So for now... The good, educated, hardworking people of America may still outnumber the beggars, stupid people, and their Uriah Heep-like panderers in the Democrat Party.

The vapor-locked intensity with which the mainstream media's lips are attached to Obama's rear end will never wane, but the American people are still going to figure out that the president isn't terribly bright without his teleprompter... and that he is just another liberal out to take their money and use it to attain power...

And if this realization settles in before the 2010 election... Maybe enough conservatives can be elected to congress to stop the bleeding.

Take heart and remember... It took a disaster like Jimmy Carter to get Ronald Reagan elected.

This from the man who thought it was a good idea to elect George W. Bush. TWICE!

I like having people like Barney Frank in Congress....he makes even the dumbest person look smart! (groan)

Seriously, though, if Pelosi doesn't quit saying our police officers are unpatriotic in doing their duties in nabbing illegal immigrants/aliens in the U.S., she may be finding herself walking home instead of flying in her government paid for jet.

I'm all for a Republican-led Congress. Checks and balances - Democratic president, Republican congress...and all is better!

I'm all for government gridlock. The less the government does, the better.

OK Malott, even though I graduated high school in the 1970s, you are going to have to illuminate for me your use of "Uriah Heep-like panderers." I don't get the connection, although I am sure there is one.

To good ol' anonymous: what is the major problem with electing George W. Bush twice?
