The Face of Dementia
Dementia is best defined as Jimmy Carter calling President Bush's administration "the worst in history"... Which is tantamount to Joseph Stalin pointing his finger at Harry Truman and calling him a "mass murderer" for dropping the nukes on Japan.
Thanks Jimmy. You were wrong every time you opened your mouth as president... The Bush administration is no doubt buoyed by this latest morsel of stupidity.
In my lifetime there has been only one worst president... And Jimmy, you feckless, inept, and clueless little man... You're the guy.
Lest we forget:
1) Double digit interest rates
2) Double digit inflation
3) Double digit unemployment
4) The propping up and legitimizing of terrorist Yassir Arrafat
5) The Iran Hostage debacle
6) The depressing malaise and loss of confidence that infected America.
7) Your pronouncement that our best days were behind us.
I used to think Carter was a good man who simply lacked the skills and vision to be president. Well, check that! He is now proving himself to be a sad and bitter little failure who slithers up to anyone who will listen... Desperately seeking a little respect.

I'm not going to say that Bush is the "worst" President we've had. I've only been through 6 of 'em, so I can't say.
I can say that I wouldn't argue against it, though. Even most of his former base has seen the light on that one.
Most of President Bush's base are disappointed at his lack of "fight" in arguing for the war on terror, his surrender on immigration, and his big spending.
But on these subjects the Dems scare the h___ out of Bush's base... So it's not like conservatives are agreeing with the Dems.
Living here in the Atlanta area, the local media has canonized Carter. If the actual definition of 'canonize' meant to put someone in a canon and shoot them across the landscape I would be all for canonizing "Jimmah."
He's a pompous, bitter egotistical little man who never should have occupied the Oval Office.
TK,
The local media in Atlanta must be made up of liberal Democrats.
I can think of nothing more ironic than Jimmie Carter calling any public servant the worst.
Very well said Chris & TK,
Let's not forget the invention of the "misery index" under Jimmah!
