-WYOMING, Minn. (WTAQ) One of the nation’s most talked-about items Tuesday is just 15 miles from the Wisconsin border. It’s a billboard with former President Bush smiling and waving, and a big sign that asks, “Miss Me Yet?” It comes at a time when Barack Obama’s approval ratings have dipped below 45 percent. Bob Collins, a blogger for Minnesota Public Radio, first wrote about the billboard Monday while cruising on Interstate 35 at Wyoming, about 30 miles north of St. Paul. The billboard does not say who sponsored it.
