If I croak in the near future, the Clinical Chemistry Analyzer pictured above will probably be the proximal cause of my demise. It's a good instrument... Purchased recently... And made by a division of Johnson & Johnson with technology purchased from Kodak. But it has nearly doubled my workload and responsibilities...
Did I get a rise in pay?
No, I did not.

The name alone would be the death of me. I wouldn't be smart enough to face it every day. :)
Don't you just hate it when the work load goes up and the pay....starts to make you feel like you're in volunteer mode?
Uh-oh. It's déjà vu all over again.
First, your work hours increase without any extra pay. Next the stress starts building, and there's no end in sight ever. Then you finally quit your job and start driving around the country with your parents in an RV...
WOW!
I was starting to wonder what happened to you, and its called the Clinical Chemistry Analyzer.
Skyepuppy:
Is that what happened to you? Uh uh indeed!
Malott:
I think they spent your next ten years of pay to purchase that monstrosity! WOW...
Delta,
Yes, that's exactly what happened to me. Mostly.
Ironic, isn't it? The new technology is supposed to make your life better! And does it? NO!
CG,
Don't tell me you're still suffering from New Technology-itis???
