A Year's Blather
It's been a year this week that Mr Malott, shown above (artist's conception), has been recording his thoughts and burdening the blogosphere with his heartfelt notions of politics, religion, and the nuances of being a rapidly aging and crotchety bachelor. Has it been a waste of everyone's time? To be sure. But regardless of the futility, the stark and transparent craving for attention, the lack of continuity in logic, the endless self-promotion, the unmitigated narcissism, and the overuse of ridiculously obvious and bad puns, we wouldn't change a thing.
The entire staff of Malott's Blog wishes Mr Malott and ourselves a very Happy Birthday.

By the way, I hope you paid the artist well - his drawing really captured the essence of Mr. Malott (although the picture portrays him as a little more suave and dashing than the Mr. Malott we've come to know and love).
I think the artist made me appear a little more intellectual than I really am, but sometimes these people take unsolicited liberties.

Oh and the artist rendering was pretty good, but I think he got the hair color all wrong. Otherwise...A+
As I cruse around the blog-o-sphere, Malott's Blog is always a well reason read. I enjoy the monthly bachelor tips and agree with most topics on which you opine.
Keep up the entertaining work and might I suggest a trip to the barber some time this week. It looks like you let yourself go a bit.
