The fact that Gossip News Sells is one of the uglier characteristics of our culture. Good people don't listen... They turn it off. The fact that this story is so pervasive indicates how few good people populate our culture.

You're absolutely right. I hardly ever watch TV news, but on Sunday I turned on the TV to see what they were talking about. Geraldo was just going on.
Was he talking about the latest version of the health care bill? No.
Was he talking about ClimateGate or the climate conference in Copenhagen? No.
He had on some former-madam who was criticizing Tiger's madam for being so indiscreet as to leak her famous client's name.
I turned it off. What a stinkin' waste of time.
This is why I prefer watching Bill O'Reilly and Glenn Beck.
That's right. Love does not delight in evil. The only legitimate reason to have any interest in stories like this is concern for souls in peril. Stop listening and pray for the souls involved.
