Still the Carrot King

I took the last of my carrots from my garden today. I plant them in a raised bed in the middle of June. They turn sweet with the cold temperatures in the fall.
I will store them in the bottom drawers of my refrigerator, and I will still be using them next spring.

WOW. Those are huge!! :) Good work. I actually bought celery yesterday, which I believe is classified as a health food of some sort. I'm making stuffinig for my "pretend it's Thanksgiving" dinner tonight. And ham. And mac n cheese. And broccoli salad. OOOH!! That's another vegetable too, isn't it? :)

Good picture! I like it.

Quite impressive!

Emily and I like carrots. He-who-likes-to-be-difficult, does not.

Moral of the story: Don't waste any carrots on him.
