Steven Curtis Chapman, the Christian music artist, adopted three Chinese girls... Maria recently died in an accident. Her eyes remind me of a little girl I once held in my arms. I can't imagine the pain.
A part of God's perfect plan.
A glory we know, but a glory we must accept through faith.

My heart breaks the most for Maria's big brother, who was behind the wheel. To add a sense of guilt (which isn't deserved but shows up anyway) to the pain they're all feeling must be the worst. May God be with them and strengthen them.
I suspect the brother will never really recover... Will be desperately trying to compensate in some way for the rest of his life.
I also predict his struggle will bring glory to God.
